A 1:1 breathwork session with Sara Christine is an hour of real contact — with yourself, with what's been quietly running the show, and with the part of you that already knows the way through.
Maybe you've been doing the work — journaling, meditating, reading every book. You have all the insight. You understand yourself. And something still feels... stuck. Off. Like you're watching your life through glass.
Or maybe you're newer to this. Maybe you just know that whatever you've been doing to manage stress, to keep going, to stay calm — it's not quite working. And you're ready for something that actually does.
Either way, welcome. Nothing bad or wrong with where you are.
Breathwork meets you there.
Breath is a portal. It is the only place in the body where the unconscious becomes conscious — where what has been stored below the surface can finally rise and move. A breathwork session is not about relaxation. It is about access.
In our time together, we use deliberate breathing techniques to drop beneath the analytical mind and into the body's deeper knowing. What you carry — tension, grief, old patterns, the stories you tell yourself at 2am — has a physical address. Breathwork helps you find it, and move it.
This is somatic work. It is sacred practice. And it changes things.
Breathwork is a deliberate breathing technique with well-documented effects on the nervous system. When you breathe in specific patterns, you activate the vagus nerve — the body's primary "calm down" signal — and shift from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to parasympathetic (rest and restore) activation.
In plain terms: your body stops bracing. And when your body stops bracing, your mind gets clearer. Patterns you couldn't see before start to surface. Emotions that were locked up get to move. The nervous system resets in a way that thinking about things simply can't replicate.
This approach works whether or not you'd describe yourself as spiritual. The body doesn't care about the label — it responds to the breath.
You'll receive a short intake form when you book. There are no right answers — it just helps me understand where you are and what you're working with so we can make the most of our time together.
We open with a brief check-in. I want to know what brought you here today — not the polished version, the real one. What's present for you right now? What are you hoping to move, release, or get clearer on?
From there, we move into the breathwork itself. I guide you through the technique, hold space for what comes up, and stay with you through the full experience. You're never alone in this.
We close with time to settle, integrate, and reflect. What did you notice? What shifted? What wants your attention? We leave room for it all.
Some things integrate immediately. Others take a few days. You'll receive follow-up notes from me — observations, reflections, and any practices I suggest for the days ahead. Consider this the container continuing after we close.
This session is a good fit if you're:
Feeling stuck between knowing and doing — you have the insight, but something's not moving
Carrying stress, grief, or a low hum of anxiety that doesn't seem to have a clear source
Working through a big life transition (a loss, a shift in career or relationship, a season ending)
Wanting to reconnect with yourself after a long period of just surviving and getting through
Curious about breathwork and looking for a safe, guided introduction
Wanting direct, personalized support — not a course or a program, but real time with someone who will actually be there with you
Breathwork is a powerful tool — and like any powerful tool, it isn't for everyone in every moment.
Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any of the following conditions, or reach out to me directly and we'll talk through what's right for you:
Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
History of seizures or epilepsy
Severe anxiety disorders or active psychosis
Pregnancy
Recent surgery or significant respiratory conditions
If you're unsure, please reach out before booking. My priority is your safety and your wellbeing — always.
I'm Sara Christine — Breathwork Facilitator & Soul Strategist, and the founder of The Balanced Soul Strategy.
I came to breathwork the long way around. I spent years doing the inner work — journaling, reading, meditating — while my outer life quietly told a different story. The insight was there. The embodiment wasn't.
It wasn't until breathwork that I found the bridge. The place where what I knew in my head could finally land in my body and start to actually move things. The place where the nervous system patterns I'd been carrying — the scarcity, the bracing, the waiting for the other shoe to fall — could surface, be witnessed, and shift.
That's what I want to offer you. Not a formula, not a fix. Just real space, real presence, and a tool that works.
I cannot wait to be with you in this.

Do I need any experience with breathwork to book? Not at all. Many people who come for their first session have never done anything like this before. I'll guide you through everything step by step. All you need to bring is a willingness to show up and breathe.
What should I expect to feel during a session? Experiences vary widely — and every session is different, even for the same person. You might feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or shifts in your hands or face. You might feel emotions move through. You might feel calm, or you might feel something surface that's been waiting a long time. There's nothing bad or wrong with whatever comes up — that's the work.
Is this therapy? No. Breathwork facilitation is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. If you are working with a therapist or mental health professional, I encourage you to continue that work — breathwork can be a beautiful complement to it. If you're in crisis or experiencing acute mental health challenges, please reach out to a licensed professional first.
How do I prepare? Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a heavy meal in the two hours before your session. Have water nearby. Find a quiet space where you can lie down and not be interrupted. I'll send you a full preparation guide when you book.
What if things come up that feel too intense? I'm with you the whole time. You are always in control of your breath — I can guide you to slow down, pause, or shift technique at any point. Nothing is forced. The goal is always to work at the edge of what's useful, not to push past what's safe. Your wellbeing is the first priority.
Can I do this virtually? Yes. Sessions are offered virtually. Virtual sessions are just as effective — I've held space with people across time zones and the work translates fully.
How often do people do sessions? That depends on where you are and what you're working with. Some people come once and it's exactly what they needed. Others find a regular rhythm — monthly, bi-monthly — to be the most supportive. We can talk about what makes sense for you when you book.
You don't have to know exactly what you're working through. You don't have to have the words for it yet.
You just have to be willing to breathe, and to let something shift.
I'll be there.
Questions before you book? Reach out — I'd love to hear from you.
