1:1 sessions with Sara Christine, Breathwork Facilitator & Soul Strategist — where we figure out what it is, and what to do about it.
Not sure yet?
THE GAP
You've journaled, reflected, grown. Maybe you've been in therapy. Maybe you've read every book on the shelf. There's real clarity in there — about who you are, what you want, what matters to you.
And still. Something isn't adding up.
The outer life doesn't quite reflect the inner work. You show up, you push through, you keep going — and there's a quiet, persistent feeling that something is wobbling. Not broken. Just... off.
Here's what I want you to know: that feeling is information. It's not a sign you haven't done enough. It's a sign we haven't yet figured out where the wobble is coming from.
That's exactly what we do together.
1:1 sessions are personalized, one-on-one sessions where we work through the areas of your life using The Soul Wheel — a holistic, 8-part life-balance framework — with breathwork as the tool that helps you move through what you find.
This isn't therapy. It's not a productivity system. It isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about honest seeing: where are we now, and where would we like to be?
From there, we build something real. Something that accounts for the fact that life is not linear, progress is not a straight line, and falling off track isn't failure — it's part of the plan.
This framework works whether or not you'd describe yourself as spiritual.
The Soul Wheel is the framework at the center of everything we do.
Think of your life as a bicycle wheel. Eight spokes, each one a domain of your life. When all eight spokes are strong and balanced, the wheel rolls smoothly. When one is weak — even just one — the whole ride gets bumpy.
The goal isn't perfection across all eight. The goal is honest awareness: which spokes are holding strong, which ones are quiet and neglected, and which one wobble is actually driving the discomfort you've been living with.
Connection to Self — The most underrated one. The foundation everything else is built on. Before we can work on anything else, we check in here first.
Physical Well-being — This isn't about fitness routines. It's about your body as a signal system — what it's been telling you that you've been overriding.
Emotional Health — Not emotional management. Feeling capacity. The difference between moving through something and pushing past it.
Mental Clarity & Growth — Burnout, recovery, capacity. We talk honestly about what real rest looks like, and the cost of not taking it.
Relationships & Community — How life quietly narrows your world without you noticing. Who fills you up, who drains you, and what's been slowly shrinking.
Creative Expression & Joy — The spoke most people sacrifice first. A project doesn't have to be finished to be meaningful. Joy doesn't have to be earned.
Career & Purpose — Not just what you do, but the cost of how you're doing it. Are you building something or burning through yourself to build it?
Financial Harmony — Not about the number in your account. About your relationship with money. The way scarcity thinking ripples through every other part of your life — often without you realizing it.
These spokes are not separate silos. The same pattern that shows up in your finances shows up in your relationships. The same energy that keeps you pushing past your limits at work is the one keeping you from rest. We follow the thread.
This is for you if:
You've done inner work — real inner work — and you still feel stuck in the gap between who you're becoming and how you're actually living
You have clarity about what you want but can't seem to close the distance between here and there
You keep starting over — new habits, new intentions, new chapters — and you can't figure out why they don't hold
Something in your life feels off, and you've run out of ways to explain it away
You're ready to look honestly at where you are, not just where you want to be
This is also for you if:
You're skeptical of spiritual language and would rather understand the why of your patterns through a practical, structured lens
You don't know where to start, and you'd rather have someone alongside you than figure it out alone
You've tried programs before and fallen off — and you're tired of that being the ending
Nothing bad or wrong with where you are. That's exactly where we start.
Before your session: You'll receive a short intake form that helps us use our time well. No prep required beyond honest reflection — just answer what's true for you right now.
In your session: We begin with breathwork. Not as a formality — as the entry point. Deliberate breathing activates your nervous system's rest-and-regulate response, which means we get to do the actual work from a grounded, clear place rather than from the surface of a busy mind.
From there, we move through The Soul Wheel together. We'll look at where things are holding strong, where there's real tension, and where the most important work is waiting.
I don't tell you what to do. I ask the questions that help you find what you already know. And then we build something together — including a Plan for Failure, because any plan that doesn't account for the hard days isn't a real plan.
After your session: You'll leave with clarity, a real next step, and the knowledge that falling off at some point is built into the plan — not evidence that something is wrong with you.
Session length: 60 MINUTES Format: GOOGLE MEET
Most approaches to change don't plan for the hard days. They plan for motivation. And motivation is not a renewable resource.
Here, falling off isn't the end of the story. It's an expected part of the story — and we build your plan around it. What does returning to yourself look like when life gets in the way? What does it feel like when you're wobbling, and what do you actually do? We answer those questions before they become a crisis, not after.
This is the thing that makes it sustainable. Not willpower. Not a perfect plan. A plan that already knows you're human.
Inner work shows up in your nervous system before it shows up anywhere else. That's why breathwork isn't a warm-up here — it's the bridge.
Deliberate breathing techniques work directly on the vagus nerve, shifting your body from stress response to rest-and-regulate. That shift creates space to access what you actually know, instead of spinning in what the anxious part of your mind thinks you should know.
It's the tool that makes the insight land somewhere real.
This work lives at the intersection of spiritual fluency and practical application. Neither one without the other. You don't have to leave your intuition at the door to be analytical, and you don't have to abandon structure to honor what you know in your body. We hold both.
I built The Balanced Soul Strategy because I lived the gap it describes.
I had done the inner work. Real work. Years of it. And my outer life still didn't reflect who I was becoming on the inside. The clarity was there — the embodiment wasn't.
What changed wasn't more insight. It was learning to actually close the distance between the two. The Soul Wheel is how I did it — for myself first, and now for the people I work with.
I'm a Breathwork Facilitator & Soul Strategist. I'm not a guru, and I'm not above this work. I'm a guide who's walked it, and I know what it feels like to be in the gap. I know what it costs to keep pushing through. And I know what it looks like when something finally shifts.
I cannot wait to do this work with you.
